I am a medical marijuana patient. I am fighting for the rights and freedoms of all American citizens who use marijuana as a medicine, whether for chronic, disabling disorders or to relax at the end of a hard day. UPDATE: IT IS NOW A MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH Forced by the Federal Government to take synthetic marijuana, known as Marinol, my doctor's predictions have come true! My liver enzymes have risen to dangerous levels.If this continues, I WILL SURELY DIE OF LIVER FAILURE!!!! Please call the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) and tell them to reopen the Compassionate IND program. Americans are dying!!! I HAVE BEEN BRANDED A CRIMINAL BY MY GOVERNMENT Did you see my story in HIGH TIMES (Dec. 98)? It was part of the Swiss Mail Scam story, my part starts on page 86. And I guess you all heard about me getting put in jail for 15 days for violating my pre-sentencing probation by continuing to smoke cannabis. They put in on a cold, cement floor with no mattress, no covers and no pillow. I was treated horribly. After less than 3 days, my doctor and the county physician agreed to prescribe me Marinol, a synthetic version of marijuana. This medication only help with the nausea and keeps the spasms from being so severe. It does absolutely nothing for pain. I was sentenced to 2 years probation with six months of it on house arrest. I was forbidden to have internet service due to the ankle monitor hooked into the phone line, and told I could not update my web-page, so "friends" do it for me. |

Congress has set themselves above the "will of the people" and above the Constitution they swear,under oath, to protect. They have passed laws which are in direct contradiction to the constitution of the U.S., denying equal protection under the law to millions of sick and suffering citizens. Voters in the states of Arizona, Alaska, Colorado, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington State and the District of Columbia have spoken. They want the insanity stopped. They want sick and suffering Americans to be able to use a natural God-given herb. Now, we must demand an Executive Order from the President, allowing duly licensed physicians to prescribe natural cannabis for their patients. Nothing less will suffice!! 8 people in this country receive marijuana cigarettes per month from the government for medicine, and all others are branded CRIMINAL.
